Do you pull credit?

Yes, we do pull credit. Our minimum credit score requirement is 550. We also look for prior evictions, collections from previous landlords or utility companies, as well as any late payments within the last year. Bankruptcies must be discharged for at least 7 years.

How long does it take receive an approval?

It typically takes 3-5 business days to process an application depending on how quickly we receive a response from your previous landlord.

How much is required down to rent?

We require the security deposit, first month’s rent, and any pet fees to be paid in advance before moving in.

Do you check eviction history or criminal?

Yes, we check for past evictions and run a criminal history report on every applicant.

Do you allow pets?

Majority of our properties do allow pets. Read the property description to know for sure.

There is $100 nonrefundable fee charged at move in and $50 per month charged for the duration of the lease.

These prices are per pet.

Do you allow smoking in any of your properties?

No, with absolutely no exceptions, smoking is prohibited in all of our rental properties.

Do you accept cash?

Unfortunately we do not accept any cash payments. But we do accept credit cards, debit cards, certified funds, and personal checks.

Do you accept Section 8?

Yes. Some of our properties participate in the housing choice voucher program previously known as Section 8. Check the description of the property you like to see if it is a participant.
